Oo this sounds really interesting! I went to a wedding show last year there and it was really good. I might be able to get tips for veggie recipes and ingredients there.

By the looks of what they have on for the day I think anything goes, I have a feeling gluten might be a big topic this year for some of the exhibits, I'm so chuffed there is one for Scotland I love foodie events!
